BIG BI IMEX GROUP was established on October 5, 2012, in Phnom Penh,Cambodia.
Since then, we have been providing human resource services thatconnect Japan and Cambodia.
We provide comprehensive support covering the recruitment and selection of Cambodian workers, Japanese language education, human resource development, preparation for departure, as well as life and employment support in Japan.Ourgoal is to create an environment where each individual can work in Japan withconfidence and continue to grow.
As the environment surrounding foreign human resources continues to change, our purpose is not simply to send workers to Japan.
We aim to help Cambodian workers apply the skills, knowledge, and experiencethey gain in Japan to their future careers. At the same time, we strive toconnect Japanese companies with motivated and capable human resources andcreate opportunities for their continued growth and development.
To achieve both of these goals, we work closely with each individual andprovide continuous support from education and training to life in Japan,employment, and future career development.
